Winter time is here

A strong wind blows a thousand leaves.

"Snow is on it's way" they say,

As they dance on the breeze,

Throughout the day.

A strong wind blows a thousand snowflakes.

"New leaves are on their way" they say,

As they glisten on the ground,

Throughout the day.

A strong  wind blows the scent of flowers.

"You'll get sunburned just a bit" it says,

As it travels about,

Throughout the day.

A strong wind blows the heat away.

"these leaves will fall" it seems to say

As it cools the air,

Throughout the day.

 

My Sister Katie

Oh have you ever wished for a sister? Well I did and she is very cute but I have to share a room with her. And having a two-year-old (all most three) in your room when you are TRYING to sleep is not always the best. Yes Katie Jane is all most three. CAN YOU BELIEVE IT?!?!?!?!?!?!?!?!?!?!?! They just grow up so fast! :-)
